Worship
We invite you to join us for services at TBE. As a pluralistic and inclusive congregation, we pride ourselves in being able to appeal to a multiplicity of tastes. Everyone is welcome here: couples, singles, families (including interfaith families), young, old and everyone in between. On designated “Synaplex” weeks, for instance, we offer a variety of service and programming options, including children’s services, a uniquely Jewish form of Yoga, plus traditional, meditative and learners services for adults. Friday nights offer variety as well, including rousing Shabbat Unplugged services and the calm serenity of our outdoor services during the late spring and summer. Plus, we often host Shabbat dinners here – or at members homes – and we also hold pot luck Shabbat dinners for young professionals.
Each morning at 7:30 AM (9 on Sundays), TBE has a morning service. The Morning Minyan contributes greatly to building a sense of community, as invariably people who attend are commemorating Yahrzeits or mourning a recent loss.
Each of us is at a different place on life’s spiritual journey, but here we are able to discover common ground in the spirit of love and celebration.
