Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur are drawing near and planning is underway for special programs and age-appropriate religious observances for younger children while their parents are at the main service in the sanctuary. We will be providing programming for pre-schoolers (ages 3 and 4) and students in grades kindergarten through 6. Inasmuch as we are unable to offer appropriate babysitting services, we are also opening up the double classroom (room #2) in the school wing for parents of infants and toddlers as a place for them to sit with their children if their little ones become restless in the main service. Students will be there to assist.
THERE WILL BE A SPECIAL PROGRAM IN THE TRIPLE CLASSROOM FOR CHILDREN AGES 3 through 6 AND THEIR PARENTS FROM 10:15 AM UNTIL 11:00 AM ON THE FIRST DAY OF ROSH HASHANNAH.
