Please join us for this beautiful and transformative spiritual experience as we welcome in the Shabbat with music, meditation and prayer. The “Shabbat Experience” takes us on a journey as we become present to the magnificence of creation and all we have contributed throughout the week.

This special “Kabbalat Shabbat” will bring together three of Stamford’s synagogues — Temple Beth El, Temple Sinai and Selah for a service in the round. Created by Composer/Music Director Beth Styles, the service will feature members of the New World Chorus and the ‘Kolot Sinai’ choir, who will be dressed in white and whose voices will lift us up and inspire us all.

Special guest leaders include Rabbis Joshua Hammerman, Jay TelRav and Nicole Wilson-Spiro, and Cantors Magda Fishman and Micah Morgovsky.

The “Shabbat Experience” is set in the context of a traditional Friday evening Jewish Shabbat service and ALL ARE WELCOME. We also invite congregants to wear white, though it is not a requirement.
