In-Person Service Attendance —
Bar Mitzvah of Harrison Tronick

Submission Deadline: Friday, June 4 at noon

Please complete this registration form to attend the Shabbat service at Temple Beth El (TBE) celebrating the Bar Mitzvah of Harrison Tronick at 10 a.m. on June 5.

A separate form MUST be submitted for each and every person age 12 or older planning to attend the service. Children under the age of 12 who are unaccompanied by an adult are also required to submit a form.

Registration is valid ONLY for the Shabbat service on the date listed above.

We strongly recommend that you consider not attending in person if you have any chronic medical conditions. Please see the CDC website for more information about those who are most at-risk.

By attending a service at TBE, you do so at your own risk and agree to follow all rules and instructions.

Protocols and Requirements

  • As per TBE guidelines, everyone over the age of two, whether fully vaccinated or not, must wear a face covering that covers both mouth and nose and must continue to wear it while on TBE premises.
  • Physical distancing of six feet is strongly encouraged. However, attendees who are fully vaccinated (i.e., two weeks after receiving the J&J vaccine or a second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine) may sit together. Non-fully vaccinated attendees must practice physical distancing, except when in a family pod.
  • The main-floor bathrooms will be available for use, with entry permitted for two occupants at a time. The rest of the premises at TBE is off limits.
  • Attendees are requested to use the hand sanitizer upon entry to the building.
  • The use of cell phones and other electronic devices is strictly prohibited at the service.
  • Attendees are requested to remain at their seats for the duration of the service except if they are a participant (e.g., Torah reader, have an aliyah or honor), need to use the lavatory or wish to leave early.
  • Attendees must adhere to all directives given at the service and follow directions for exiting once the service concludes.
  • Attendees from out of state must adhere to the quarantining guidelines as per the Connecticut travel advisory, found here
     .

IMPORTANT NOTE: Unless you hear otherwise from TBE by e-mail or phone, you should consider your registration confirmed.
