TBE Vote 100 Campaign

18 Oct 2020
Stan Friedman

Make Your Plan to Vote on Tuesday, November 3

The TBE Tzedek and Immigration Committees want to ensure that all eligible members of the congregation have the tools they need to help them cast their vote in the November 2020 election and more actively participate in the process if they choose. Access Vote.org to register to vote, check your registration, find your polling place and vote by mail.

Help GOTV

In addition to voting yourself, you may want to encourage others to vote as well. There are a number of get-out-the-vote organizations that are still working to reach voters who are unregistered, members of historically underrepresented groups, or live in battleground states. These efforts involve personal letters, postcards and phone banks. Some of these initiatives, such as the Center for Common Ground’s Reclaim Our Vote Campaign, are non-partisan. Others, such as Vote Forward, are supportive of only one political party’s candidates.

You can search the Internet if you want to find out what’s out there, or you can e-mail Belle Horwitz, Betsy Herold or Carl Shapiro, who have been involved in GOTV efforts this year.
